Working with Ken was the best decision we could have made. He was referred to us by a good friend who sold her house not too long ago. She had wonderful things to say about him, and they were all true. He is very knowledgeable, well organized, patient, and did an amazing job with every aspect of selling a home. The pictures and 3D tour were incredible. We thought the process was going to be long and painful, but with Ken it was literally like a walk in the park. We had no idea selling a home could be so easy! He was very professional but personal in the same sense. Ken was the key to get our first house He has experience in a lot of phases of construction,he has knowledge of it and that makes a huge difference when you try to get a house A lot of realtors make you feel that you’re good to go and offer in a house but having knowledge of how the things work in repairing or replacing things in a house is a game changer (it can save you thousands ) Ken helped us to identify small ,mediums and major concerns in all the houses we visited,I highly recommend him I remember I googled :”best realtors in the Lehigh valley” and Ken was one of the first ones in the list I decided to try and give him a call,after a couple weeks we were signing the paperwork of our house
