It’ll save you from buying a house with expensive repairs or forever problems. Construction experience gives a person the ability to understand the current issues and potential future issues of a house. Ken saved me multiple times. If going with any other realtor I would have bought a house that would have cost me a lot of money to fix. I even got to avoid one with foundation issues because Ken caught the issue immediately. During the walkthrough for the same house other realtors were simply looking at the facade and telling their clients what a great house it is. Poor clients! Ken is honest and very knowledgeable about the market. He has patience and was never pushy. He was always available to answer questions and address concerns. My husband and I had started thinking about putting our house on the market in 2021. It was at that time that Ken happened to stop by our house and introduce himself. He had worked with other families in our area that were selling their homes. He talked with us and listened to our tentative plans for the future and let us know he'd be happy to assist us when we were ready. Ken is incredibly unprofessional!I was looking for a home, and unaware of the process. From the time we met he was rude and dismissive to anything I had to say. When asked to put an offer on a home, he told me I can’t afford a house despite my having $15,000 down for closing! He went on to make fun at the fact, The house I put an offer on the day before, was not accepted. As a professional who would reference the fact, you didn’t get an offer on a house SMH! As hard of a pill that is to swallow for a new home buyer. As a woman of color, the experience with him was horrible and made me really feel as though maybe it was the color of my skin, Which is why I received the treatment I did.However, I would not recommend him! As a previous person mentioned he will talk down on the banks if it’s not benefiting him. And he did the same thing to me. Told me to find another relator after I mentioned not liking the way he was speaking to me. he is just down out rude and unprofessional, please beware!

Ken was able to sell our house in the middle of winter for a price that we were very happy with. Ken took over the listing when the previous agent was not able to get our house sold. Ken made sure we had the information needed to set the best price and did a great job communicating through the entire process.
